Orders placed Monday through Friday 9:00 am EST will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 9:00 am EST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Outlet and sale dresses are FINAL SALE, these are not eligible for returns.
A $30 return shipping fee is charged on all returns. Each return label generated will incur a $30 fee.
