A $30 booking deposit is required. Applied toward your purchase the day of your appointment.
How many guests can I bring?
Up to 2 guests.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Heels (if you have them) and inspiration photos.
Do you carry inclusive sizing?
Yes. We carry a wide range of sizes and can help you find the best fit based on style, fabric, and structure.
Can I try on multiple dresses?
Yes, within your appointment time.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Appointments are recommended.
I’m shopping for prom—are there any special rules?
A parent or guardian must be present.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance via your Calendly confirmation.
What if I’m running late?
Your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next booking.
Can I buy my dress the same day?
Yes—if the gown is in stock, you can take it home that day.
Do you offer alterations?
We do not offer in-house alterations. We’re happy to advise you or your tailor on fit adjustments.
