Off Shoulder Ruffled Beaded Dress

Beautifully made, intricate detailed dress.The dress was returned due to too large, and fit of ruffles around sleeves very expensive to alter.

dress was too small called for the return label two weeks ago .....was told a larger size would be sent when the original dress was returned ...I followed directions and am still waiting fir the bigger size
