Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (read below), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Outlet dresses, sale dresses and dresses purchased in store are FINAL SALE, these are not eligible for returns.

A $30 return shipping fee is charged on all returns. Each return label generated will incur a $30 fee. Please note, if you do not use a return label generated by Lara, we are are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Tags

All Lara dresses are shipped with a COLORED tag on the bodice of the dress which requires a pair of scissors to cut off. Do not cut the tag unless you are going to keep the dress because refunds will not be given on dresses missing the COLORED tag. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sales dresses and dresses from our outlet section are not eligible for refunds.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable, no exceptions.
We will only process returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website.
Return labels are not provided outside the contiguous United States and international returns.

 

Exchanges
Please contact us at contact@lara.com to initiate an exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refunded. Please note, refunds can take up 10 business days to be processed. 

 

In Store Purchases
In store purchases are final sale. Please contact the store where the dress was purchased for additional information.
