Domestic orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days and ships free (over $250). Expedited shipping takes 2 days guaranteed and costs $34.95. Domestic orders under $25 takes 3-5 business days and costs $10.95. Non-continental USA (ie Alaska, Hawaii, etc) takes 3-7 business days and costs $14.95. International shipping takes 5-10 business days and costs $49.00.

Processing Guidelines

Orders placed Monday through Friday 9:00 am EST will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 9:00 am EST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. (Some brands processing times may vary so please refer to the brands product page for more specifics). Orders over 4 dresses are subject to cancellation. 

LARA New York now offers alterations services! If you wish to alter a dress you purchased online, please email us at contact@lara.com to get more information or complete your checkout and select which service you would like to add-on by visiting the price list here. 

We offer Alterations appointments in our NYC store on Tuesday to Friday from 11am to 4pm.

Please note, all sales are final once a dress is altered. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Outlet and sale dresses are FINAL SALE, these are not eligible for returns.

A $30 return shipping fee is charged on all returns. Each return label generated will incur a $30 fee.

International returns must be completed using your own shipping method.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If returned in original condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take up to five business days to process. Shipping charges are not refunded.
